THUNDER BAY — A Thunder Bay Police service Service Cyber Crime Unit probe has resulted in charges against a 50-year-old Thunder Bay man.

A Thunder Bay Police service Service Cyber Crime Unit probe has resulted in charges against a 50-year-old Thunder Bay man. Michael Scorgie is facing seven charges including two counts of luring a person under 16-years of age by means of telecommunications, two counts of arrangement to commit a sexual offence against a person under 16, and arrangement to commit a sexual offence against a person under 18. The probe began in April when officers received a report from another law enforcement agency regarding potential child sexual abuse and exploitation in Thunder Bay.
